Warranty Details

• All equipment from CPS Datacom is fully guaranteed and backed by 1 Year Limited  warranty.


• This warranty is available to retail end user customers only. The sales to wholesale customers are backed by a 90 days warranty


• This warranty begins from the date the product is shipped to you.


• This limied warranty does not cover minor imperfections in the equipment which do not materially alter functionality.


• If the equipment is found to be defective during the warranty period, your sole and exclusive remedy will be repair or replacement of the defective equipment. If the replacement can not be provided in a reasonable period, CPS Datacom  will issue a refund in exchange for the return of defective equipment.


• This warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse,abuse, accidents, fire, theft, power surges, reckless, willfull or intentional conduct.


• CPS Datacom shall not be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of use or data, loss of profits or interruption of business, whether such alleged damages are based in warranty, Tort (including negligence), and strict liabilty, but excluding personal injury, contract, or indemnity.
